Lesaka Technologies is seeking a Mid-Level Business Intelligence Analyst to join its Kazang – Micro Merchant Division in Century City. The role involves transforming business questions into actionable insights, building scalable BI solutions, and supporting strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will manage medium-scale BI projects, work closely with cross-functional teams, and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into KPIs and reporting specifications
• Build, test, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models
• Analyse performance trends and recommend improvements
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of business data
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency
• Partner with cross-functional teams to uncover insights and opportunities
• Contribute to team development through peer reviews and mentoring

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL and Power BI
• Strong data analysis and visualisation skills
• Knowledge of data modelling best practices
• Ability to manage large datasets and resolve data quality issues
